Q. I’m booked on to one your courses, do I need to bring anything?
A. For most of our courses, all you need to bring is yourselves, glasses if you wear them, and something to tie your hair back if it’s long enough to need one. For some of our courses such as the metal clay workshop, feel free to bring along any natural items you may want to imprint into your pieces such as leaves, or other small items such as buttons. We will have a selection of these on the courses though so don’t worry if you can’t find anything.
Q. I’m looking for a class at a specific venue, but I cant find it on your website or it’s showing no spaces left.
A. All of our available workshops can be found on our website, if a venue isn’t showing then we don’t have any new workshops to put up with them yet, use our suggestion form to suggest another venue or date in your area. If it’s showing no available spaces then we’re fully booked for that time slot but get in touch if you can’t make another available time and we’ll try and fit you in!
Q. I’m interested in the 5 week course, when are you running the next one?
A. Unfortunately due to a number of reasons, we’re having to put a hold on the 5 week courses for now. Fortunately though, we’re replacing them with a single day beginners workshop in which you can learn just as much as in the 5 week course in one intensive day, learn more about our 1 day course here. Our 5 week workshop may return in the future with lots of improvements!
Q. I’ve booked on to one your workshops but now can’t make, is there anything that can be done?
A. As per our terms and conditions, we can’t refund any workshop tickets, but if you let us know early enough, we can put your space back up and if it sells we can give you a voucher worth the full amount of your ticket. Alternatively, you’re free to either gift or sell your ticket to someone else, we just ask that you let us know the name and email of your replacement so we can keep them updated.
Q. Are there any age limits to your workshops?
A. 8 is the youngest we can teach in our workshops, we just ask that anyone between the ages of 8 and 16 is accompanied by a participating adult and that you let us know before booking just to make sure.
Q. I know a venue that would be a great place to run one of your pop-up workshops, how can I suggest it?
A. We have a suggestion form for venue’s and date’s that can be found here. Let us know a bit of information about the venue, such as it’s name, location, and what kind of business it is. Every suggestion will be considered!
Q. Are you available for private bookings?
A. Absolutely! Whether it’s a one-to-one to a full class booking, just let us know a date and time and we’ll let you know if we’re available for it. If it’s a group booking for a special occasion we’ll add in a little extra as well, either making a small piece for the head of the party or giving them the silver to make something extra on the day completely free of charge.
Q. Can I come make an engagement/wedding ring/s with you?
A. Of course! We love helping people to express their love to their partner and what better way to do that than with engagement and wedding rings? Both of these workshops are run pretty similarly, except our wedding ring workshop is for couples. We’ll start them off with a consultation to make sure you know all the options and we know exactly what you want to make. Then we’ll book on a second date for the actual making of the rings. Contact us to find out more.
